Terms of service.
Welcome to ARYSHOTDAT. These terms of service govern your use of our photography services, website, and any related interactions. By booking a session, visiting our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:
1.) Booking & Payment
All sessions require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before/ on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
Payment accepted via Credit/Debit, Apple Pay/ Tap, and Cash ONLY.
2. Photoshoot Guidelines
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and bringing any necessary outfits, props, or accessories.
If you plan to have additional guests, please consult during booking.
After 15 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied and after 30 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED.
If you are unable to attend your appointment all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. A notice of 48 hours is required in order to ensure the deposit is transferrable towards another session.
3. Image Delivery and Usage
Edited photos will be delivered via a secure online gallery.
ARYSHOTDAT retains full copyright to all images.
Raw/ unedited images are NOT provided unless agreed upon in advance.
4.) We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during the shoot.
If unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, illness) prevent us from fulfilling a session, we reserve the right to reschedule.
In cases of natural disasters, severe weather, or other uncontrollable events, we reserve the right to reschedule.
5.) Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Client data will never be sold or shared without consent.
Photos may be used for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.
